CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES
Chocolate chip brownies are known as "Blondies". Blondies are a non-chocolate variation of the traditional chocolate brownie. Another difference is they're made with brown sugar instead of white. Even though chocolate is not the dominant flavor of these brownies, they almost always contain white or dark chocolate chips. They might also contain walnuts or pecans and have a butterscotch base.
The name "Blondie" comes from the yellow-blonde color of the brownie.
